What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

If it's been 5 working days since you ordered and you still haven't received your item, then something has gone wrong. 

Head over to our Contact page and drop us a line, and we will sort it out for you ASAP.

Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?

We're not really sure why you'd ever want to cancel, but if for some reason you do then get in touch, (again, at our Contact page!). If we haven't yet shipped your order, we will unhappily cancel for you.
